Who we are
Wooho ("we", "us") operates wooho.app and related mobile and admin services. The data controller is Wooho Technologies. Contact: privacy@wooho.app.
What we collect
Account data: name, email, company, role, and authentication identifiers (Firebase Auth). Workspace data: projects, units, documents, training content, client-match criteria, and AI query logs uploaded by your organization. Usage data: feature usage, AI action counts, subscription status, and device tokens for push notifications (mobile). Payment metadata: plan tier, billing period, and transaction references. Card payments are processed by Polar; we do not store full card numbers. Egypt InstaPay payments are confirmed manually via reference screenshots.
Why we process data
To provide the Wooho SaaS platform, enforce subscription limits, deliver AI-assisted sales tools, send transactional email, comply with tax invoicing (Egypt ETA where applicable), and improve product reliability.
Legal bases
Contract performance (providing the service), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product analytics), and consent where required (marketing cookies in applicable jurisdictions).
Subprocessors
Google Cloud / Firebase (hosting, auth, database, AI embeddings), Polar (card billing), Resend (email), Vercel (web hosting), and Google Gemini (AI generation). A current list is available on request.
International transfers
Data may be processed in the EU (Frankfurt region on Vercel) and United States (Firebase/Gemini). We use standard contractual safeguards where required.
Retention
Workspace data is retained while your subscription is active and for up to 90 days after cancellation unless law requires longer retention. Billing records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes. You may request earlier deletion subject to legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on your location (Egypt PDPL, Saudi/UAE data protection laws, GDPR for EU contacts), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data. Submit requests to privacy@wooho.app. We respond within 30 days.
Security
We use encryption in transit (TLS), Firebase security rules, server-side authorization, and role-based access. No system is 100% secure; report concerns to privacy@wooho.app.
Children
Wooho is a B2B product not directed at individuals under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
