Terms of Service

Agreement
By creating an account or using Wooho, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
Wooho provides a multi-tenant SaaS platform for real estate brokerages and developers, including inventory management, AI-assisted Q&A, client matching, agent training, and mobile tools for field agents.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be 18+ and authorized to bind your organization. You are responsible for credentials, invitees, and activity under your workspace.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans (Starter, Growth, Scale, Enterprise) include usage limits described at checkout. GCC and international customers pay in USD via Polar. Egypt customers pay in EGP via InstaPay manual confirmation unless otherwise agreed. Trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled. Refunds are handled per plan terms and applicable law.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malware, scrape other tenants' data, or use AI outputs as legal, tax, or valuation advice. You are responsible for content you upload and for obtaining rights to process client data.
Your content
You retain ownership of documents and data you upload. You grant Wooho a limited license to host, process, and use that content to provide the service (including AI indexing and retrieval).
AI outputs
AI-generated answers, matches, and pitches are assistive only. Verify facts against official developer materials before client-facing use. Wooho does not guarantee accuracy or completeness.
Availability and support
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is provided via hello@wooho.app during business hours (Egypt/GCC).
Termination
Either party may terminate per subscription terms. We may suspend accounts for non-payment or material breach. Upon termination, access ends and data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wooho's liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise. Disputes: contact hello@wooho.app before formal proceedings.
