Why is Egypt pricing USD-indexed?+
We anchor every Egypt tier to a USD price and convert to EGP at the current rate. When USD/EGP moves more than 5%, we refresh the published EGP price for new customers — existing tiers never re-price mid-cycle.
Will I get a tax invoice?+
Yes. Every InstaPay activation generates a compliant Egyptian tax invoice through ETA e-invoicing. Card payments via Polar are invoiced through Polar as Merchant of Record.
How long does InstaPay activation take?+
Usually within a few business hours. Our team manually matches your deposit against your registered email and tier before activating. You receive an email the moment your workspace goes live.
Can I switch from InstaPay to card later?+
Yes. From your Billing page in the admin workspace, you can switch payment method at any renewal.
